Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

Last updated: 28 July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Automate Digital (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares personal data when you visit automatedigital.ai, submit a form, book a call, subscribe to our newsletter, or otherwise interact with our services.

1. Who we are

Automate Digital is operated by PJK Marketing LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

Contact: hello@automatedigital.ai
Location: London, United Kingdom

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use our site, we may collect:

  • Contact and enquiry details — such as your name, email address, website, role, company or industry, and message content when you use our contact or lead forms.
  • Lead magnet details — information you provide to download guides, templates, or other free resources (for example name, email, and related profile answers).
  • Booking information — details you share when scheduling a call through our booking provider (TidyCal), such as your name, email, and meeting preferences.
  • Newsletter information — your email address and related subscription data if you subscribe via Substack or similar channels we link to.
  • Technical and usage data — IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, referring URLs, and approximate location, collected through cookies and analytics tools.
  • Communication records — emails and other correspondence you send us.

We do not intentionally collect special category (sensitive) personal data through this website.

3. How we use your information

We use personal data to:

  • Respond to enquiries and provide the information or resources you requested
  • Deliver guides, templates, and related follow-up communications
  • Schedule and run consultation calls
  • Send newsletters or marketing where you have opted in, or where otherwise permitted by law
  • Improve our website, content, and services
  • Monitor site performance, diagnose issues, and maintain security
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect our legitimate business interests

4. Legal bases for processing

Where UK GDPR applies, we rely on one or more of the following bases:

  • Consent — for example, newsletter sign-ups or non-essential cookies/analytics where consent is required
  • Contract / steps prior to contract — when you request information, resources, or a consultation related to our services
  • Legitimate interests — such as responding to business enquiries, improving our site, and securing our systems, where these interests are not overridden by your rights
  • Legal obligation — where we must retain or disclose information to meet legal or regulatory requirements

5. Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the site and understand how it is used. These may include:

  • Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics — to measure traffic and usage
  • Microsoft Clarity — to understand user interactions and improve usability (this may include session replay and heatmaps)

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the site function. For more on Google’s use of data, see Google’s Privacy Policy. For Clarity, see Microsoft’s Privacy Statement.

6. How we share information

We share personal data only as needed to run our website and services, including with:

  • FormSubmit — to deliver website form submissions to our inbox
  • TidyCal — to manage meeting bookings
  • Substack — if you subscribe to our newsletter through that platform
  • Google and Microsoft — for analytics and site measurement tools described above
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers — that store or process website and email data on our behalf
  • Professional advisers — such as legal or accounting providers, where reasonably necessary

We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or users, or in connection with a business transfer (for example a merger or acquisition).

7. International transfers

Some of our providers are based outside the United Kingdom. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we take steps designed to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as standard contractual clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms, as applicable.

8. How long we keep data

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including to:

  • Respond to enquiries and manage ongoing business relationships
  • Deliver requested resources and related follow-up
  • Maintain analytics and security records for a reasonable period
  • Meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements

When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it where practicable.

9. Your rights

Depending on applicable law (including UK GDPR), you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request erasure of your data
  • Restrict or object to certain processing
  • Request data portability
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
  • Lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk

To exercise these rights, email hello@automatedigital.ai. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

10. Children’s privacy

Our website and services are directed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

11. Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party websites or services (including LinkedIn, Instagram, GitHub, Substack, and booking tools). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. Their own policies apply when you leave our site.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
